Yep, good weekend for the Stag. Out in it yesterday with SWMBO and today, on my own, topless Fantastic, with the heater on full blast.

Tail out at a T junction brought a smile to my face and when I got home I had helping hands to put the hardtop on ready for winter. I just love how it can be virtually two different cars with soft top and hard top.

It's what Stag ownership is all about

Sounds like it was a good one, especially with the weather today, shame I couldn't make it.

Chris - Completely agree, just got back (in the dark) from a run with the Worcs area SOC. Started at Evesham, drove through Broadway, Winchcombe, Gotherington (past Prescott) into Tewkesbury and ended up at Hunters Inn near Upton on Severn for carvery lunch!

Talking to a couple who used to own a Stag, his wife now owns a new SLK, but still waited to listen to our Stags start up and admitted you cannot beat the "Burble". Our 9 Stags (plus 2 interlopers in an XKR and a Mazda 3) upstaged an MX5 run with the Stags and turned heads in all the vilages. All in all a great run, great lunch and in great weather, just what they're for!

on the back burner
as i am impatient and wanted to GET my car back on the road and its taking too long to source the parts
although i have the contacts and the promise of all that's needed, its taking too long
ZF will be in next year
