    Stag Calendar for 2013

I will once again attempt to produce a Calendar for the new year (2013) featuring Members cars.
However I am away from the 26th of November until Boxing Day (in Oceana), so may not get it done till I get back.
I am short of pictures for the new Calendar, so if you want your car featured - please send me some by email.
I do have some pics left over from last year - to see them see the link below for the ones with a 2013 month date.

    Regards

PS. Having still had the Stag Logo for the past few days whilst others seem to have lost theirs - mine has just dissappeared today
and I am back to Vbulletin again. I am on Firefox by the way. Also it wouldn't insert a smilie in the post when I clicked on one.
Well it didn't at first but it is now giving me smilies again

I have now got 12 Members photos - one for each month of 2013.
If yours is not shown but you have sent one or about to and would like to substitute yours for a particular month then let me know.
I can produce more than one Calendar page for any given month if you prefer your picture to someone elses.
Take a look at what I have come up with so far, and let me know if you would like any changes to the one that features your car.
To make a Calendar for yourself - download the photos - print each one on glossy A4 paper - then staple them together.
The link to the Album containing the Calendar photos appears below.
I am away for a month from a week Monday, but am back Boxing Day.

PS. As I am away soon let me take this opportunity of wishing all members of the Forum a Happy Xmas.
If you wonder what Xmas Day is like in the Sun - the pictures in the link below were taken last Xmas Day by our Pool
(I took the photos by the way so am not featured in them)

Click on the photos individually to enlarge them as photobucket only displays part of each photo in Album mode.

Well done Terry and I hope you and your wife have a very Happy Christmas - that's my first season's greetings of this year

One small question - is it me or my computer but it looks like my car is slightly stretched - I actually quite like the look but if you can just check that it'd be good.

Thanks for all your effort on this

            Cheers

            Julian

Great job Terry. I've had this year's calendar up at work and it often attracts attention. A few have asked where my Stag is, so now I can tell them she'll be "Miss May" next year

Cheers and have a great Christmas.

Since had a few more photos emailed to me, so I'll repeat from january 2013 again for each extra members car photo and let you choose which ones to download.
As soon as I can I will add the new additions to the Album I previously gave you a link for.
                Regards.

Yes Julian - I did slightly elongate your car to fit the Calendar frame, and did the same with a couple of others too. If you want me too I could de-elongate it - but it would create two white lines at either side if I did.

                    Terry,

Couldn't you just crop some of the top of the picture off, making the photo more oblong, and then re-size it to fit the frame? No need to distort the subject of the photo then.

Just a suggestion. The calendar is a work of art; well done again.

                      Hi Terry, and Dave,

Dave, I think it's my fault as I took that picture as a portrait shot to get the archway in the backround - which Terry has had to crop already.

Terry, I understand your problem and sorry for being a nuisance However, whilst I quite like the look of a slightly stretched Stag, I fear it makes it look a little odd. I reckon two white lines may look slightly less odd.

                      Cheers

                      Julian

Photobucket updated accordingly so you can choose whech ones to download.

How do I access a de-elongated version of my calendar entry ?

                            Cheers

Hi Julian, I had removed (deleted) the old pic from photobucket, and replaced it with the "narrower" version,
but on checking today it is still showing the old "supposedly" deleted version.
There is obvoiously a bug in photobucket, as I just did it again, and once more it brought up the deleted version when I inserted it's replacement.
To overcome this I slightly changed the name of the new uploaded photo to "J2STAG13Oct" and this seems to have solved the problem.
Looks like if you delete a pic in photobucket, then upload a new one with exactly the same name, it substitutes the supposedly deleted one for the new one.
Anyone else using photobucket noticed this?
Please try again Julian and you should see only the amended photo with a white line either side.
                              Regards
