Coloured wiring diagram for USA up to LE11276

Hi everyone,

I obviously don't have a life or the snow is keeping me indoors too much...

I'm trying to find out what is what with the wiring on my car. The usual copy of the wiring diagram that I have doesn't help with my particular car. So I scanned the relevant page from the ROM, and opened it in 'Paint' to colour the wiring. It's a 5MB jpeg image. If anybody would like a copy, PM me and I can email to you. It took me a few days to do.

You still need a magnifying glass to view it, but it's easier to see when printed out in colour.

Tanya there is a company that sells the wiring diagram on Ebay its a good buy comes laminated for about $20 or goto www.colorwiringdiagrams.com I got one then had it enlarged at work to 24 x 36 or there abouts. Save yourself a lot of time and get one

Hi Stuart,
They sure look nice and clear. Can't seem to open their links to the cars themselves, will try later. These would save me time going to the next step on my version, and replacing the numbers with the appropriate text so I can fit the wiring diagram on the whole area of page (like the British version).

I bought one of the coloured and laminated wiring diagrams. It's A3 or 11x17" ish in Christian units. it's pretty good not perfect but lots better than trying to find B/G on a black and white diagram half the size. Mines for Federal models from 11276. my car's # 13332so would'nt be much help.

Bought one; and no postage to pay!! I still learnt lots doing mine, but this will be easier.
My LE Stag doesn't have AC, so at least the wiring will be a bit easier on the eye!
