    Missed that old classic feel

Due to work and working on the stag i have not been out in the mg (i know its not quite a stag) for ages now, but due to my wife having to work i had to use the mg to take my lad to his football match. Happy days apart from half way there suddenly panic set in thinking we were late then realising the i had not altered the clock in the car (clown!) then relax and enjoy!!
I cant beleve how much i have missed driving a classic but this has started a fire in my belly to finish the stag

Just a question at the motor show there was a jig to roll over a car (not a spit) this one bolts on to the hubs and rolls the car by 90 degrees only has anyone had any experience with these??

    Cheers Ian

I might get one of the spits myself and there are a few examples of posts on the board here concerning this type.

I dont recall anyone using the type that you refer to when I searched a while back.........

      Cheers

Chris (VMad) has just sold one after storing it unused in his shed for the best part of a decade. I thought about it but have found one that fits to the bumper mounts (thanks Vince). I guess it depends what you need to access but I know Julian speaks highly of his 3 in 1 mini tilter from CJ Autos

Just picked up on this thread.

Yes, I rate CJ Autos 3 in 1 mini tilter very highly and it can give raise the car pretty high, but it doesn't do the same thing as a rollover jig.

These pics may give you some idea.

          Cheers

          Julian
