    Front shocks

    Hi all,

I have removed all the front suspension etc on my stag including the cross member to referb everything. I have today removed the springs and on checking the shocks that are fitted they are koni. They seem to be installed with oil in the struts.

My question is do I keep the koni ones or do I fit the Bodge gas one I have bought. The koni ones seem to be very soft and not much resistance but this maybe because you can adjust them off the car (I think).

    Any advice greatly received

Shocks don't last forever I'd put the new ones on. I didn't think Konis were adjustable ( for Stags) but I could be wrong.

Check on previous posts as there have been some issues with the fit of the inserts in the strut. I'd check them against the old ones first.
