My #2 Stag (hopefully going for a MoT retest next week following a Christmas of welding and fitting new shocks and ball joints!) has steel wheel rims with "push in" trims that have 5 small nuts on them. Looks a bit tacky.....
I'm not convinced about wire wheels on a stag, but I do like the rostyles. Does anybody have details of what size I should look for?
Second silly question, this is a manual stag with overdrive. I've never had overdrive before (not even sure that it works), so do I put the clutch in when engaging/disengaging overdrive?
Finally, my last question for the start of 2013 - the temperature gauge reads permanently towards high (the engine is not overheating) and the voltmeter and clock doesn't work. Are these separate problems or likely to be related.
Here's to actually driving a Stag early in 2013.
Happy New Year to all Stag and wannabe stag owners, on the road or in the workshop!)
Cheers
Peter
