I went down to my sisters in Cirencester on Sunday without ant issues on the 83 mile journey.
On the way back after about 10 miles I stopped for fuel, when I started off again the temp needle was at 3/4 over the M of TEMP:shock:
I put the Kenlowe oon and carried on, after 2 miles the needle was back down to just below halfway between E & M of TEMP

When I got back home to stopped th eengine and checked the needle for about 2-3mins but it stayed on the halfway mark!:?
I checked the water the next day andthe rad was full to the brim and the bottle 1/4 full!
I have thanks to Marty the stuff to do the header tank modification but want to understand what happened here beforeI do this mod?
Anybody else had this happen and found any reason for it?
