self tappers

b post chrome /stainless protectors ,ive got a set for my mk1 which never had them fitted but got no screws small stainless self tapper cant seem to find them only need a few.fastener suppliers i use for work want to sell them by the kilo or or thousand to make it worthwhile !!! any ideas

Hi Steve,

I bought a mixed box, at the restoration show, of s/s ones about a tenner and some cup washers off the same stand. You may get some at stoneligh as I am sure this supplier will be there!

If you have no joy I could post you some if I have enough left.

Since the 70s, Ive been using this guy, http://www.stainlessmiddleton.co.uk/ his stuff is expensive, but worth the money, highly polished, and very good quality stainless steel, quality enought that they can hold a Norton Commando cylinder head on!
