Hi Dave, you won't have to take the hard top off completely, just stick a lump of timber wrapped up in a load of old rags to protect the paint under the back of it and prop it up a few inches. You only need enough room to get a socket in there.

thats a good idea, hadnt thought of that,good thing about this forum someone always comes up with an idea to get over problems
