    light bulb sockets

    Hi all,
I finally got my right hand rear cruise light working. Quite the saga. Things fell down that body compartment the light fixture is in and by using a 'scope and picker-upper I managed to retrieve a lost socket, two cruise lights clamps, sundry nuts and bolts and a fuel cap rim of some sort.

Anyhow, the old rubber bulb holder was determined to be rubbish and it blew fuses. So I had to get a new one, and Autolumination came through:

Fixed the new socket in the fixture, put all together and all lights work well and fuses remain intact!!!

    Job done and signed off!

    Well done.
Its amazing what you find behind panel's in cars. I found a very old Mars bar wrapper in the drivers door trim must have been there from when it was made.
