Seats for a Stag

I recently got a price to have my two front seats re upholstered and was told it would cost $A2200! I am going to purchase some front seats from a 2006 Hyundai Tiburon which are all leather or leather with cloth inserts. I can get them for $150 each and in unmarked condition.

The measurements of the seats suggest they will fit well with some minor work on the rail lengths. I am not sure if that model Hyundai is available in the UK but if they are they might be a good option to consider. I will keep you posted on how it works out. Here is a photo of the seats. Spin

Good on you mate... I could not justify spending a small fortune on my seats, so got some Recaros. I will be looking for leather seats that have a near match to the Stags originals in the near future.

Seems that Jag XJS seats can be made to fit; there is a Jag breaker on ebay (search for XJS seats) who seems to have lots in stock at about £160 - £200 for a pair. I've just ordered up new vinal seat covers and foams from Aldridges to re-do mine; it would probably of been cheaper to get some Jag ones!

Known here in the UK as the Coupe lots on the bay, one set stating at 99p.
Are you going to try and get the rears to fit as well?

So they could be an option there as well - excellent. What I like about the Tiburon seats is the support and comfort compared to the XJS seats. I will keep you all informed as to how it goes. Spin

Just purchased from ebay a very nice Rover Tomcat full leather interior including door cards and rear seats in grey £82. I decided on this interior having noticed several members have made a very nice job of fitting them even the back seats look as if they are a close fit well pleased at £82.
