Mk1 Doors

I am looking for a replacement drivers side door, either reconditioned or secondhand. I have been offered a secondhand Mk1 USA door. Is this compatible with a MK1 GB car?

I cant think of a reason why a USA door would not fit a UK car.

It might still have the crash bar fitted.

all USA cars had side impact bars fitted,and they wlll fit your car

Thanks for your feedback, I have managed to pick up an unused original offside door on ebay so did not have to worry about the USA door.

All US Stags don't have side impact bars. My 72 does not have them.
