Forum problem.......................is it me?

If I go to new posts when not logged in, I get the usual up to date posts.

When I log in I only get the last updated posts.

I just replied to a post, obviously logged in to do it and when I hit the new posts tab, the last post I replied to has disappeared and this is not the first time.

If I then log out and hit new posts, the last post I replied to appears, is this normal?

I've had a lot of problems with being logged out in a very short space of time and what you say above, yes

First thing to try - clear out the cookies on your PC and log back in, see if tHe problem goes away.

I use Safari and Google chrome and I'm sure it happens on both.

I use Chrome and have the logging out issue for ages. Now when I post I copy the contents of the post before I submit it, when it throws a wobbly all I have to do is paste it again.

I'll just do what I normally do and log in to make or reply to a post and log out to just read.

Yes I have had the problem. After logging in and then writing a reply to a post I find that I have not the authority to submit my reply and have to log in again. Sometimes my post disappears completely and I have to writ it again. When I log in now I always tick the remember me box.

I have only had the logging out issue once... on work's network system and put it down to internal security issues. Never had problem at home. Use chrome, aol and internet explorer.... not all at once

I've had this problem so often now that I compile the reply (unless its a really short one like this) in word then paste in - saves loosing it all

I use Firefox - and do not (as far as I know) have a problem..............
