Bloody hell! I remember BL flogging these off for £20 in the late 80s - bought a Dolly Sprint one crated and new for a fiver in the final sale reduction from BL...

If only we had the foresight to buy them up at the time

When my long term friend relocated his motor factor business and down sized, it was absolutely criminal to see all the NOS be put in to skips, Exhaust, clutches, loads of old unsed stuff and as hard as he tried nobody wanted it as a job lot. he had another thin out about 2 years back, I was asking at the different shows if the traders were interested and he got 1 phone call. In the end 2000 obsolete mainly champion and some AC-Delco Spark plugs went in the bin except for 3 boxes of Stag ones
