I know of someone who can provide it Triumph Saloons (he made his own coilovers, and has quite a list of people asking him for his items, or for him to make them for others! His 2000 actually rode very well for its low height.
Monarch also make coilover bodies for just a shade over £200 a pair:
In theory, with a good enough weld and a coilover kit you could convert your own (the Capri chaps (a MkI/II Escort boys) have been doing this for years.Comment

Showing my ignorance now but what is the avantage of `Coil-over`suspension?

I'm glad you asked Andy. I always though a Macpherson strut was a form of coil-over suspension as opposed to a separate spring and shock assembly like our rear suspension setup.Dave

Large selection of spring rates plus ability to easily alter ride height quickly.
The cost of springs aren't too high therefore If you chose to, you could select and try heavier or lighter springs to find the combination which suits you.
