However although I'm quite a Luddite, I reckon that if a company can't be bothered to produce a half decent website for their customers, then I can't be bothered to give them my business.

I don't reckon they deserve business as, after all, there are plenty of others out there who can do it

Agreed up to a point but... IIRC Fitchetts stock only OEM parts. I reckon that makes them worth the trouble of a phone call just in case before resorting to pattern or re-manufactured.
