Fuel Tank Leaking

Doing some work in the boot and removed the tank to get better access.
Horrible mess on the underside, don't think it's ever been out.
Turned out to be a slow leak stripping the mastic from the tank's metalwork.
It's just one small hole but the underside is pretty rusted.
What is the advice, replace or repair?

Hi, there's a product out there called "Petro Patch", it's a two part epoxy, not nearly as good as replacing with new, but will last quite a long time and keep you going while looking around for a permanent solution. Martin.
