So Stagatha passed its MoT yesterday
There was some minor confusion over the VIN number not being recognised until I explained that the 'O' on the end was a letter and not a number (thanks to the forum for educating me on that one).
Chatting to the fella who runs the garage, he told me that back in the day he went on training courses organised by Triumph in Coventry. He mentioned that he still has the training documents and engine manuals provided by Triumph to mechanics back in the 70s. He says he has a manual for the Stag and believes he has similar for other Triumph models as well. He maintains these are different to the owners manual.
I asked if he would be interested in selling them and he is. If anyone is interested let me know. I'm seeing him next week when the Landrover goes in for its MoT.
