I got my cruise lights fitted today, unfortunately I didn't have any small piggy back connecters available for the live feeds so no illumination yet but they do work.
Looking good indeed. Any shots of the car with them on (as in all of it?) .
Not yet Chas, couldn't get out with top down today as I'd had some welding done to the rear damper mounts this morning and the paint was drying, otherwise I would have been taking some pics.
Must do my front ones.... although I need to modify them for the repeater lamps so I can have both cruise and flashers
I converted my front repeater flashers to include a front cruise lamp. There is a small indent area on the holder where the FED bulb holder goes, I drilled this and fitted bulb holders bought from Car Builders Solutions. It works a.treat. P4160038.jpg

I tried that Danny, but didn't like the way the light was as the the original repeater sits proud - the Federal marker lamps sit flush, but as you are aware the lamp is at the end and there is not the depth of lens to fit a flasher bulb in the middle. My solution currently involves a panel of white LEDs that sit under the reflector lens, after the foil reflector backing is removed. I have the LED panels virtually ready to fit and it gives the effect I want in the off car mockup.
The main problem now for me is time, and importance of the various jobs I have to do before the MOT in July, so the front cruise lights will just have to wait....
