Sat next to somebody in the Toronto airport who used go own a stag. Blue in the Rye gate area. Was bought by a teacher. A 1971, but he said it was a 2.5L v8. He can't remember the reg though. Coincidences!

Did he mean Reigate in Surrey (pronounced Rye Gate) Tanya? There was a Triumph dealer in the town, a now passed friend of mine was Service Manager there..
Recovering John - thanks for asking. Got back last night. When they were placing the implant bases, they found the upper jaw bone a bit thin at the front, so had to have 2 additional bone grafts... now have a top lip the size of Bournemouth, and if I had t*ts might make a fair Lesley Ash impersonator......only prettier. ..
Hopefully will look normal for the Richard Lane night, or comedy breasts may be in order....
Stupid tablet I was using thought it knew better than me how to spell.
I had an interesting talk with him, only had his first name; Alan, he's a retired headmaster, in his 70s, and one of the original stag owner's club members
