Thought i better say before someone else does, i broke down Sunday on the Ipswich to Felixstowe run, car would not rev, running on 4, pulled a couple of leads off, nothing, thought it was electrical , but No, It was fuel, offside carb full of crap, cleaned out carbs on the prom with Peter,s help fired up on all eight, run home all ok, just had the tank out, looked better under there than i was expecting.

Thanks again to Peter for his Help along with a member in a Tahiti blue stag (sorry don,t know his name), and thanks to the Kanas city milkman to for his help.

Hi Martin, bad luck mate, not to mention embarasing. Easy solution, fit a glass washable filter between the tank and the pump, fitted mine yonks ago, easy to check, and needs cleaning out about every two years, about £9. Martin.
