Some 15" Perfomance Challenger wheels sold on Ebay last week that were fitted to a stag, and they had 205 x 65 tyres on. The guy selling them said they were ok most of the time, unless he drove down a pot hole.
When I changed the rims on my daily to a smaller size, 17" to 16" to get rid of the low profile tyres due to our poor road conditions, I wanted to fit 225.
When you put 225 up against 215 and see the little difference it makes (10mm), it is worth doing the same with 195 against 205, for the sake of 10mm, they will nor rub and not look a lot different. Go to the tyre centre and compare.
Don't forget the second figure is only a percentage of the first, it is not a measurement in mm and can drastically affect the rolling radius, so check out DJT tyre bible link.
I will play safe and get 6" rims and go for 205 depending on price otherwise 195 will do.
