First car built 1971 LD748

First car built 1972 LD10760 so you have a 1971 build

P for paint colour 54 Saffron Yellow
T for trimcolour 11 Black


under the bonnet there are two tags

T4261LD is the body number

4528LD is the sales number

Someone more knowledgable may be able to tell you what these last two refer to.
