Now that I have OE style front seatbelts I need to fit the hooks to hang them from the B-posts. Does anyone have a photo or measurements as to where I should drill the holes?

I have tried to grab a photo of mine on a Mark 2. Now idea if this is the original position or not. Perhaps others can comment?

Yep, mine pretty much tallies with Graham's.
I reckon the fixing hole is 2cms down from the stitched seam at the top and 2 cms in from the edge of the B pillar trim.

Job done, thanks. Just been out for fuel and kept feeling around towards the base of the b-post for the buckle. Got to get used to looking for it hanging up........
