Who's nicked my power steering fluid?

Had some quotes to do so decided to take the Stag as the sun was shining

Backed it out the garage and steering was making a day rasping sound looked in the reservoir and it was empty. Couldn't see any puddles and the rack gaitors were empty, so where did it go

I put new seals in the rack before Christmas so could all the fluid be inside the rack? Will have another hunt after Grand prix.

After that eventful GP had another look and the underneath of the car has been rust proofed! Rack is leaking from somewhere but not into the gaitors.

I've got a spare rack that I will put new seals in and do the pump as well this time.

Also got new valves to put in the carbs and try and seal up the inlet manifold better as have had a slight water leak since I took it off the last time.

Going to be off the road for a little while, but back in time for Brands.

I had a spare rack so spent the last couple of evenings taking it apart, cleaning and putting new seals in.
Tonight I took the leaky rack off and it looks like the culprit oif the leak was one of the pipes being very flat and not sealing properly Pulled the gaitors back to check for any fluid and was none. I was so sure I had messed up putting the seals in the leaky rack before, I didn't bother checking to see where it was leaking from, as the underneath was plastered with fluid.

I only have one of these pipes, as it was missing off my spare rack. Does any kind soul have a spare one I can buy?
Was planning on taking the stag to Somerset this weekend, so does not look like that is going to happen now

                Hi Al.

Any chance of cutting the flat out and putting a joining coupling in ?

                    Al,

I have a number of old racks. I can probably find one of those pipes if it helps.

                    Cheers,
                    Mike.
