    Robsport

Took my stag to Robsport yesterday for a once over, very happy , thank you to Ben in the workshop for your patience and answering all my questions and for explaining what I need to do and what I don't need to worry about. Put her up in the air for me and checked all the usual points and as expected I have some work to do but nothing that can't be sorted.
Great service I will be back !

Usual disclaimer no links or interests in company just like to pass on good service.

    Paul.

They are my nearest stag parts place. Still getting on for an hour away mind you, but I have been there twice now and the service is excellent and the parts have been top notch (mainly panels). Prices are really competitive too.

Hi Andrew, I keep planning to and things get in the way. I ended up trying to fix the lawnmower today but gave it up as a bad job and got a new one. Summers been a late start this year and normally i have done plenty of work by now. Hopefully next weekend will be dry and I can get some stag hours in. The tricky A post repairs are next (and will complete the structural welding) so I hope I haven't just been putting it off subconsciously!

The good thing is that when you get going on it, you usually get a lot done, so I am sure will catch up

I find Robsport brilliant. Particulaly like being able to pick up the phone, and talk to someone who knows me and what I do.

Especially nice is that I don't have to mess around giving card details every time, and when they say "you'll have it tomorrow" it always is...

                          Paul,
Was it you in the blue stag with hard-top I waved to at about 9.15 as I left Robsport? I had just been to take a look at my stag that had been dropped off there for a quote for remedial work following someone else's shoddy efforts.
Forgot I wasn't in a stag so I was the bloke in the black Saab waving which you graciously returned the wave to!

I'd mirror that comment Ian, and they are happy to keep open a little longer if you get held up which using the M11 or M25 or both is a dead cert!

                            Cheers!

                              All,

I think I am able to claim to be the nearest Stag owner to Robsport. I live less than a mile away and wander up there often. I agree with all the sentiments and they do indeed help and advise. They are very happy to talk about stuff and they often let me look at other cars that are up on ramps to workout where stuff should be on my car.

I am not sure they see these post but well done Simon and Co.

Now I have finished the engine on my car I am about to use them more as I start buying panels and stuff for the rest of my Stag. Seems silly to pay postage!!!
