The Stag survived a few hundred miles, something to celebrate (must get the rattling chains changed though). Come to mention it the temp gauge was up too, oh and the windscreen's starting to come out as the rubber is absolutely perished. But, the stag survived to drive another day.

On another subject, one of the owners on the tour was telling me there's a good chrome platers (for the bumpers) in Crewe near the railway station. Do you know it?

He will be referring to a company called Nifos (might be spelt with a K). I know they do a lot of bike chrome.
