Tahitian Blue Stag looking for anew home

I have just returned from a short vacation, and on checking my emails a friend met a few years ago in Tenerife tells his girlfriends brother-in-law has just died suddenly, who was a London Taxi driver and only recently (Feb 2012 I think) bought himself a Stag.
I believe his Username was Tony T., and the person contacting me says the family wishes to sell the Stag,
and the info I have on the car I quote from the email just received.

"1977 (R) automatic Tahitian Blue - soft and hard tops - MOT passed just before Xmas 2012, tax until November 2013. Mileage 95,700. Brand new differential. Sensible offers of around £11,000. Car is immaculate inside and out."



I also have a few pictures of the car that were sent to me when Tony first bought it last year, and these appear below.
If anyone is interested I can pass on my friends email address as he has been asked to try and arrange a sale for the car.

Thats sad news, he was on the forum and I met him at Bromley last year, he really loved that car.

That is Very Sad news, I knew Tony and his Wife through the club and we met up at a couple of shows and Run's, I have emailed him a couple of times recently and not had a reply. The last I heard he had, had a health scare (he didn't sat what) and He and Viv were selling there flat in Tower Bridge and had bought a new build in Chatham docks and were due to move in, in July.

Like I said recently in another post, Life's too short folks enjoy what you have while you can.

My friend's name is Derek Smith and he writes reviews in one of the Entertainment magazines for London Shows (or he did last time we met).
His email address is below, derek owns a 1965 white Volvo P1800 which he keeps in Tenerife, but spends most of his time in the U.K..

Just a follow up on this for sale Stag, I am told by the person selling the car on behalf of the family (he is not a member) that the asking price has been reduced by £1,000. If any interest email the person whose address I gave in the previous post.
