Sat Nav Map challenge

Here's a tough one.

Does anyone out there have any form of Sat Nav with maps of Israel that I can beg/borrow/steal for a week at the end of this month?

And before what I know are well meaning suggestions appear - I already have a TomTom (who don't do maps of Israel), and by the time I've bought even a cheap used Garmin and the Israel maps - it's going to be cheaper to pay the nutty prices to rent one.
And as I have a three hour drive to do as soon as I arrive - I don't want to try and find somewhere to stop and buy one either!

Any ideas anyone?

Funnily enough - last time I was there Avis tried to get me to rent an iPad for $30 (call that £20) a day.
Apparently I was supposed to use the standard screen cover rolled up to park it on top of the dash.
Yeah - great idea.

Might just go have a look in the App store though - thanks
