crankshaft pulley

looking in the rimmers catalogue, it looks like to remove the power steering pulley, from the rest its held on my a dowel, do you just leaver it off,not wanting to be to heave handed

Mine just fell off. I think it's like the flange on railway carriage wheels - doesn't do much most of the time.

the spare crankshaft pulley i bought, didnt come with the power steering pulley,and ive had this crank pulley machine up to take a trigger wheel
