Reverse/ inhibitor switch bw35

Can anyone please tell me the correct way to wire this in. Clearly the one in my car is very different to my new ( correct) switch. The wire colours are green; green/ red; white red and white red ( I think) the switch has contacts 1 2 3 4. My old switch doesn't look the same or have any numbers.
