It's what being in a club should be about

Just wanted to say that after reading all the posts offering help to one of our members that was thinking of selling his Stag due to health issues that irrespective of what else being a member of the SOC brings, the forum has come together and done the right thing and offered help to a well thought of club member, well done guys it makes me feel proud to be a member of the SOC.

yes ill second that dave , its what keeps me involved the cars become secondry in a way ive made some good friends on here and would like to put a little in every now and again its good for the soul!! as ive said before a great bunch of guys on here.

It's quite some Club.

When I got my car I thought I knew exactly what to expect, I didn't for a moment understand what sort of impact this little Blue car would have on my social life, I have met and interacted with many people on here and at show's all of which I feel I can refer to as friends and a small number have become very close personal friends.

I too like Steve enjoy giving something back in return for the help and advice I have benefited from and despite some of the friction that can surface on here, when it matters, it was there form a club member in a dark place.


There are not many clubs or groups that can boost this degree of friendliness and support for it's own in this day and age and I am another one who is proud to be able know I'm a part of it.
