I don't think John was suggesting LDPart sell them, he meant that they have the appropriate dimensions available on their website:

I've got a Halfords HSB013 in mine. Seems to be doing the trick. Been in the Stag since December last year.

          Regards

My battery gave up last year so I fitted a Bosch S5 005 Silver Plus which I bought from COSTCO. As can be seen from the photo I fitted it around the other way to keep the terminals away from the Securing clamp and the steering pump, however I have been told the S5 Silver Plus HSB013 also fits.

I'm going for one of these soon: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/3006318438...84.m1438.l2649

May be worth doing a search on here as lots has been said about battery fitment.

                    Cheers

My 5-year old battery died after the long layup earlier this year (yes, we should have kept it on a conditioner) and I bought one of these from my local A1 Motorstore. Fits perfect and plenty of oomph to start the Stag. 3year warranty. £63.

What I like is the fact that it is all black, so it fits in with the rest of the ancillaries, rather than a garish colour

OK Dave, we get it, nothing to do with the battery, just to show the reflection from your shiny paint.

Thanks John/Andy, my mistake for not reading properly. I might go for that ebay one, if I can get away with paying £65 instead of over £100 then I'll go for it

                            Thanks Julian!
