Carb Oil Dissapearing ?

Hi All, advice and ideas wanted please.
The oil in my nearside carb has suddenly started to dissapear, pulled off the top all looks good inside, diaphragm looks good no splits etc, nothing in the vee and offside carb fine, so why?

The O ring on the Needle adjuster has failed Paul, easy Job just do a search and you'll find loads of stuff about doing it.
