Hi All

Despite weather forcast we decided to go to the above. Left Folkestone in convoy ofthree stags and Dolomite (with SD1 V8) roof down all the way sunny when we arrived (not enough to trust leaving roof off though) good bacon rolls wonder around exhibits then the rain set in. sat in cars for an hour then went home. spent the rest of afternoon on phone to BT in India trying to get tinternet working again. it now works.

It was good to meet Stevep with his brown stag. Not sure mentioning my wife drives a Tesco van went down all that well though

Nice Jag. At least 8 Stags present.

As I intended to leave early even if it stayed sunny I got put with the military vehicles as they were near to the exit. I think they were trying to camoflage me.

Hi Phil

Good to meet you on Sunday - shame about the weather, but at least you managed to take the photo's before the rain set in. I finally braved the elements to wander down the other end of the field to look at your car, but I think you had gone as had the rest of the East Kent crew. Neverless, all the triumphs on our stand (TSSC West Kent and Essex areas) did motor into the arena and it was nice to hear the interviewer describe the Stag as 'the car people hated when it was launched, but is now regarded as a real beauty now' - I think they were his words anyway.

Hi Steve

yes we were a bit light weight but in my defence I had parked the Stag near the exit as I was expecting a call from home that meant i would have had to leave early even if it was sunny.

Still hopefully the next one will have better weather
