B&B Near Wentworth

This is one for the Surrey Set

I, along with two friends, have been invited to a gratis round of golf at Wentworth this Friday The downside is the 0730 tee time

Rather than a 4am start from here, it would make sense to drive up on Thursday and get B&B nearby. Any recommendations?

Hi Dave,
great news, beautiful course ....... bad news ,it isn't the cheapest area to get accommodation!

your best bet, given the short notice, maybe the Premier Inn at Bagshot (The Cricketers) if they have some of their cheap deals - it is 6/7 miles from the course, but sits right on the A30 and would be dead easy to get to the course from at that time in the morning.

I don't know of any cheap n cheerful B&B's the problem is that Ascot/Virginia Water/Egham/Sunninghill are not known for low prices!

If you've got deep pockets Dave there is the Berystede Hotel and Spa just up the road.about £130 a night from a quick search,like Andy says your in Rich mans country but at least you have saved a fortune on the green fees.

just thought you could try the Royal Forresters Hotel, Ascot between ascot and Bracknell,still easy to get to from there about 10 minutes at that time in the morning
