How do I get one of my threads deleted?

As per title, I need to get a thread deleted due to a change of date, how do I go about it?

You could at least 'close' the thread using the administrative menu at the top, next to 'thread tools' if you are the creator of the thread.

Yes, have already done that when I created the new thread with the correct date.

I have just made a mess of things for you by deleting both postings.
I merged your two threads to one, and then meant to delete the first ad, leaving the one with the correct data. Unfortunately I clicked delete thread, rather than delete post. Hope you still have a copy, and perhaps know who had responded to your first invitation.
