Anti Roll Bar Link Bushes

Hi,
Now that the major work is done, its time to poly-bush.
I have just had a look at the ARB links as fitted at the moment and it doesn't seem to be the same as the manual. What I have on mine is, on the upright, (from the ball upwards) a shaped washer, a bush, a shaped washer, ARB arm, shaped washer, bush, shaped washer, nut. i.e. the ARB arm is sandwiched between two bushes with shaped washers.
The manual seems to show two bushes on top of each other but does not show where the ARB arm fits. Is it supposed to fit between the two bushes as mine is currently, or above/below with the two bushes together?

I take it the bushes just squash up against the bar top and bottom as the bolt is tightened?
