lucas ignition analyser

[V8 Rumbler]

Hi Guys I may have just wasted some money , but it was cheap. Can anyone throw any light on my newest inpulsive purchase. I am told that there are conections for both sides of the battery and both sides of the coil. there are instructions printed on the top for faults and solutions. ANY ONE KNOW ABOUT THESE?

I think you may have bought a bit of a pup, as far as the Stag is concerned- I believe, but as usual could well be wrong -that this isn't a general electronic ignition analyser but one specifically for Lucassystems fitted as standard equipment such as on Jags, early SD1 V8s etc using Hall Effect triggers....

I will however dig into my sadly depleted archive and see if I have anything that relates to the beast..... don't hold your breath as what remains is spread far and wide

Hi Russ any info will be grately appreciated. I will need as much info as possible if I have to sell it if it isn't any good to me.

Oh well £10.03 potentially down the drain----or maybe a challenging sales opportunity?
