Throttle Spindle Seal Replacement

I have noticed petrol on the underside of the Choke mechanism after starting. I also note that ther is a Throttle Spindle Seal available. I assume that this is an interference fit. Can it be removed easily? Can thr seal be removed and replace with tha Carb. in situ or does the Carb need to be completly removed. Any advice would be welcome please. Mk2 TV8 Stomberg Carbs.

I've got to do this sometime. I think I've seen instructions somewhere but can't find them right now. If I do I'll post them here.

I did the whole lot last year when I put the Stag back on the road. I got a rebuild kit from Burlen and fitting it all was not difficult - except for the new jets. I tried a few gentle exploratory taps on the old ones and decided that they were good enough to stay! I suspect they need a press to change them.
