    cubby panels and seat belt

    Hi guys,

I have another question and hope that you can help. I would like to improve my seat belts for the rear seats and am looking for a "belt guide" (sorry - dont know the right word in English) for the rear cubby panel. I have tagged an example on a photo.

Does anyone know of a supplier for this?

I believe some have used an Audi A4 guide. Sorry don't know which generation.

I've fitted our guides from a late 1990's Audi A4 estate, they're used where the seat belt passes through the rear cushion. It was easy to separate the front plate from the rear plate behind the seat fabric, simply by unclipping the two halves. I had to cut the A4 reat seatbelt to then extact but was subsequently able to carefully squeeze the Stag belt mounting and buckle through. Still quite a few Audi A4 estate of this vintage on the road and therefore in the scrappy (last time I looked) but dare say these brackets may still be available new too.

BTW : Also, I've fitted plastic front seatbelt covers for the brackets post from an early 1980s Ford Capri to tidy those up

I will try to remember to take pics tonight and post up

i think the sports pack classic mini has a similar trim on the rear seat belts

They look like the ones from a Range Rover - I managed to grab some off eBay a while ago for my Stag - did the job just fine, they are slightly smaller than the guide hole in the panel though.
