Replacing seat squab foam

Good evening gentlemen, I have just purchased some new foam for the front seat squabs and I was wondering if anyone had any tips or tricks that might make the job a little easier? I have not looked at the seat assembly yet but I imagine that it can't be too hard to replace them, but hang on a minute, this is the Stag of course, what am I saying?
any help would be wonderful.

Hi Paul,

I'm soon going to do my second seat and, as long as you take your time - and take lots of pictures - it's all pretty logical. The only real problem I had was that some of the 'pull-through' strips had torn off.
