Hard top stands

I'm keen to get a hard top stand for the back of my new garage. It seems there are two systems either leaning the hard top backwards or forwards on the stand (and prices varying from £79 to £229). It would be great to hear any recommendations and if I can squeeze it on my Christmas list with the wife (budget pending!!). I have seen the various shopping trolley suggestions in earlier threads!

Prop it up against the wall with something soft behind and underneath...

Mine's been stored like that for the last three years with no problems. Still fits fine, no distortion etc.

I bought one of these: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and am very happy with it, easy enough to move around. I also have a cover bought from the SOC accessories shop.

I have always had mine rested against the wall with no issues. But having looked at that one on amazon I feel a winter welding project coming on ....that would be fairly easy to make with some box section and some foam padding to protect the hard top. Would make it easier to move around too as it's a two man job otherwise !!

Yes agree the wall / work bench has done it for me - but if you can't weld!
