This afternoon I posted an urgent request for the loan of a Hardtop for the national weekend as my softop frame hasn't come back in time to fit my new soft top and I don't have my own Hardtop andrain isforecast. 
A few hours later and my Stag is wearing a rather fetching Vinyl black top

This is a great example of what the forum is all about, namelyhelping each other. A magazine onlybased club would not have produced such results and I would have had to ring around local members, putting them in an awkward position of possibly saying no to my request.
The Forum wouldn't stand on its own, it needs the organisation of the club structure and the club needed a forum and thanks to Carl it has one!
For those of you going to the national weekend, i'll bethe one with the hardtop on when everyone else is cruising topless! But thanks to Al I will be dry when it rains
