Sadly, with nothing better to do this morning as kids football cancelled, Lamborghini Uracco. Wheeler Dealers did one not that long ago. Beautiful car, I remember having a matchbox version as a lad.

I'm 90% certain that's an Lamborghini Espada rather than a Urraco. Both fabulous cars though .

It's the vents on the bonnet that, I reckon, give it away. Feast your eyes on here: https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=la...w=1440&bih=775

      Cheers

      Julian

Ps Yep, now I'm certain - take a look at the Urraco: https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=la...w=1440&bih=775

Pps I drove an Espada once, for about 1/2 mile - mindblowing

        Well done Julian
the jenson , fiat dino , are also very close but those vents did give it away . Nothing wrong with your eyesight mate.

It's not eyesight really, it's just that I've always loved Lamborghini, almost from the days that Ferrucio fell out with Ferrari and started making cars as well as tractors.

On that Google page I showed above there was also a pic of the concept car they produced in the 60s -the Marzal - and I remember building a foot long highly detailed model of that

          Cheers

Sorry, a Lamborghini Collin just doesn't sound quite right

Don't think the Marzal would have scored very highly in the NCAP side impact test!

Sorry, call me a philistine if you wish, but neither of them flick my switch. Don't find them particularly attractive at all. The ONLY car I would swap my Stag for would be a '67 Shelby Mustang GT500 - I've drooled over that car since 'Gone in 60 Seconds' came out . There's only two chances of me ever owning one tho . Just sayin'.

                        Just goes to show Thom.

We've obviously both got good taste to have our Twin Stags, however I adore almost all Lamborghinis yet the Mustang doesn't do anything for me

And you're absolutely right about NCAP Bob, however the Marzal would have been much easier to reverse than the Countach (check out the factory recommended way of reversing it )

                        Cheers

When I was 16 I used to work in a small local expensive Menswear shop on a Saturday..
The owner also use to work on the Saturday and often his well heeled chums would turn up in various flash cars that the 70's did so well..
One mate of his appeared most weekends and would park his white Espada PJT1 registration (Peter John Taylor)over the road in the pub car park..
I used to have my break and go and stare at it,I used to think it was the best car ever..
He didn't ever offer me a ride in it..I should have been female

It's the Miura that does it for me.
