Thanks for your kind comments folks, with a little polishing of the paint she will be OK. One thing that has shown up is that when I put the stripe on the driver's door I did not get it quite straight!! I will have to re do it when I do the wing...

Brian, what did you do where the outer arch and the inner arch meet? Weld the two together or is it a snug fit and just rust proof?

I plug welded mine with a sealant in between.

thanks Jeff, I'm only guessing but would they have been spot welded when built? It would make sense (to me anyway) I only ask because I may only have a couple of years before mine need doing.
