I had picked up on your membership list question and was trying to sort it. It needs more than my own forum permissions to change it, I think Carl is going to look at it very soon. More when I have an update.

Jeff, You can add to a person's 'Reputation' by clicking on the little star on the line below their avatar. That adds colour to the little block below 'SOC Member'. Few people use it, but if you have colour showing someone has.
