What did you have and regret selling

I have been very fortunate with cars having owned many in my life time, but for some reason was thinking today if you could have one back again what would it be.

Here's mine, probably the best modern I ever had, a Lexus IS 300 Sports cross. It had everything, Paddle shift gears, LSD. 3ltr engine that returned 25mpg in town etc............

We changed it (with 14,000 miles on it) because we wanted something newer (big Mistake) and PX'd for a 3ltr X type Jag. I'd love to buy it back again

BMW 525ix ultra rare Beamer four wheel drive E34 5 series tourer. Fantastic car seriously comfortable and very easy to drive. 225000 miles no camshaft chain work or valve work just needed some rust repairs so sold it for less than £400 not knowing how rare they were!

Modern car, my ultra reliable 1993 Vaux Calibra, trashed by vandals who took it for a joyride.

It was not mine, my Dad had a 1965 Jaguar Mk2 3.4 for many many years, he sold it in 1980 with 66,000 miles on the clock and totally original for £210....I so wish I had bought it and barned it.

1968 Triumph 2000, brilliant 2nd car - Russet I think was the shade. I also had a MK1 Scirocco GTI which was brilliant. Taught me about backing off the hub nut after replacing a wheel bearing the afternoon before I was due back in St Andrews. To be fair I made it to Leeds before it failed. I will also be having a Griffith to replace the Chimaera I had - brilliant fun

1995 M3 Convertible, pre Evo so the basic 286bhp 3l car, I got rid of this to take delivery for a new E46 3.2l M3 Convertible and I never enjoyed it as much as I had the original.
