That's because if you take your hand off the wheel for even a second someone will probably nick it!

They do Graham, just not at you have you tried using more than one or two fingers to wave with

Ian, you surrey boys are nearly as posh as the sussex ones - far to friendly compared with the smoke. Kevin knows what it is like up here

Correct me if i'm wrong but bromley is in kent not London, and Cheam is as close to the centre of London as Bromley is - i like the bit about being posh though; I give you the royal wave next time I see you.
See you sunday, if you still going

The royal wave - not sure what to expect from that.

Around here, we are a bit confused - one the one hand, London Borough of Bromley, Voting for the London Mayor and all that and the oh so desirable Catfood loop line as my train service. On the other, village high street, the nice woods and Hayes/Keston commons start at the end of my road and I like it a lot!

I will be there on Sunday if the Stag is back. I got it to them until late on Thursday, so the parts didnt get ordered until Monday. I will get an up-date later today but being a kentish Londoner (there are some subtle variations to that one I am sure ) I am for ever optimistic

Fingers crossed for you sunday - I shall be at Boxhill car park until 7.30, that's Boxhill in Surrey

                Ian,

I will probably meet you further down the route - what way are you travelling?

                  Graham,

I shall leave Boxhill car park at 7.30; then head down the A24 - from there you can either go straight onto the A27 or cut across to the A27 using the B2139.
All in all it's about a 50min run down from Boxhill car park.

                  Ian

Thanks for that Nick - Because of estate agents Petts Wood isa further divided place; petts wood and petts wood east. You never see a sign for the east part though...
