I had a 4.6 V8 Rangerover Bob, when I bought it the coolant would drop by half a litre every day and the exhaust was moist. I put some steel seal in and the problem went away, when the plugs were changed at the last service they were all evenly coloured, had the HG been on its way I'd have expected a couple to be clean from the steam.

not used it but it does "appear" a good product - just saw their video and only possible concerns IMO are; any engine over 2 litres (upto 4) needs two bottles (circa £80 + post ?), needs to run at tickover for an hour (even my RV8 would prob overheat without some street airflow for an hour) and, for the guarantee to apply if product doesn't work, you have to have professional "written proof" the car had a head gasket problem (more cost possibly) - must be selling a lot though if they are, what looks like, the main sponsor of Onslow - Cole

I can see how any sealant can bung up a hole where water is getting out, but I cannot see how a sealant can stop gas escaping from the combustion chamber into the cooling system which is the Stags usual problem.

As I understand it, the usual problem with the RV8 is cracked liners rather than head gaskets, and I have heard of other people having success with sealants. I suppose it depends on the relative pressures either side of the leak.

Bob I used this in 2008 see Head gasket off subject Pug 306 still going strong with no issues with head gasket that`s nearly 6 years ago.
